Established in 2015, Talent Network Specialists is a division of Pinque Holdings PTY LTD that aims to be the most highly recommended multi-specialist recruitment agency in Gauteng. We focus mainly on the Johannesburg area within Gauteng but we do have associations with agencies around all five regions within Gauteng (Johannesburg, Tshwane (greater Pretoria), Ekurhuleni (the East Rand), the West Rand and Sedibeng (the Vaal).
We aim to build a reputation based on solid relationships and an in-depth understanding of our clients’ recruitment needs. We want to provide prompt, professional customer services and to provide the best possible "person-job-fit" taking into consideration our clients’ job requirements and expectations as well as our candidates’ skills, experience and expertise.
We are driven and rooted in psychological principles and theory, backed by practical organizational experience. We understand that Hiring always is about selecting the right person with the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the job. Nonkululeko Dube is the Part owner and one of the managers of Talent Network Specialists. She holds an BA Honours Degree in Psychology. She has three years’ experience in the Payroll Industry. A hardworking, dedicated and committed individual who is self-driven, motivated and energized by her passion and love for the Human Recourses field. Her background in Psychology gives her that insight into the human mind and her proven analysis skills together with her sharp attention to detail pushes her to want nothing less than perfection.
